Five projects, going to Cloudflare Connect
All five are early (Alpha or 0.1) and all five have a demo that runs in the browser. I’m presenting them at Cloudflare Connect 2026, October 19–21 at Moscone West in San Francisco.
- AltSql: a native hybrid of key-value and SQL, about 15 KB of code on the device and SQL on the gateway over the same records, byte for byte. See How It Works, the AltSql modules and the live demos.
- VPN Works: one program, one network path.
vpnwseals a coding agent in, checks every connection against a policy and records it. VPN Works Scope drafts least-privilege rules for a company VPN; the live demo shows an agent trying to leak a token. - Precomputing: dashboard answers kept ready as data arrives, compiled to plain SQLite. Read the policy language, then try the SQL demo.
- Preconfiguration: one short spec builds every agent platform’s setup files and proves them on a clean machine. Preconfig Doctor reads failed setup logs; there’s a live demo.
- BareProxy: a small web server and reverse proxy that explains every routing decision, with modules for the extras and a demo of
explain,whyandplan.
